NEXT HEAVYWEIGHT TRAINING DAY - PITLOCHRY

The first PHGA training session this year will be held on Sunday 30 January in Pitlochry Recreation Ground and will be taken by two of Scotland's top athletes Bruce Robb of Oakley and Neil Elliot of Helensburgh both former Scottish Shot Putt champions.

The training is free and is open to any young aspiring Shot Putters, Hammer Throwers or Caber Tossers as well as our current group of Perthshire athletes.

Same format as before - meet at the Pavillion at 10.15am for a 10.30 start. Athletes will be split into two groups with Neil Elliot taking the gym session and Bruce Robb taking the throws session. Groups will change over activities after the lunch break.

Please bring a packed lunch although there will be some food available.
