LONG SERVICE RETIRALS FROM S.H.G.A.
There have been a number of retirals and President acknowledged their contributions to the SHGA
Alex Webster – Alex’s interest started in TOW and a long standing member of the GC and was President from 1993-1995 and served as GC member since that time, Alex is also a highly respected TOW and Heavyweight judge the length and breadth of Scotland.
Ethel Webster – Ethel also long standing member of GC and past Secretary and Assistant Secretary, will also be missed and well known for her thoroughness and determination in getting information from members – not an easy task, and is well known on the circuit assisting Alex with judging and recording of results.
Findlay Walker – Findlay is well known in the Grampian Area and has been on the GC for a number of years and acted as an SHGA representative at many members games.
All we be missed and president asked Willie Meston, Braemar to present gifts from the members for their support over the years, this was greeted with warm applause.
