HEAVYWEIGHT TRAINING DAY - SPRING 2020
The SHGA is planning a Heavyweight training day for athletes considering trying to get into Highland Games. This will probably be held in March/April next year, at either Pitreavie in Fife or Grangemouth stadium with two experienced heavyweight athletes coaching on the day and this will be free to trainees. If you are interested please email SHGA secretary and lodge your interest, and provide a bit of background information. The information which would be useful would be your contact details, phone email etc., where are you based, what experience with the equipment you have if any, what would you hope to gain from a training day. Keep an eye on Facebook and SHGA website for confirmed dates.
