Gregor carries Commonwealth Games baton

Former World Highland Games champion Gregor Edmunds was one of the select group chosen to carry the Commonwealth Games baton on the initial leg of it's global journey at Buckingham Palace on Wednesday.

As the baton made it's way around the Queen Victoria Monument twice Gregor jointly carried the baton with Aamir Mehmood a pupil at Shawlands Academy, Glasgow who won a Scottish wide schools competition to design the official tartan of the Commonwealth Games.
