Secretary of Ballater Games has tragically died after a fall at home . Edward, aged 56, has been a diligent secretary of Ballater for some 25 years and helped establish the event as “the friendly games “ His life was the games and it is a matter of regret to all who knew him that he will not be there to greet Captain Alwyn Farquharson who will be celebrating his 65th chieftainship of the games .
